1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Peerlo, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. User responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You agree to use Peerlo respectfully and not to harass, defraud, or harm other members.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use Peerlo.

3. Guide and Seeker responsibilities

Seekers are responsible for clearly describing the guidance they are looking for and engaging with Guides in good faith.

Guides are responsible for the accuracy of their experience claims and for providing helpful, honest guidance. Guidance shared on Peerlo reflects individual experience and is not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

4. Payments

Peerlo is currently free to use. In the future, we may introduce paid features, paid sessions, or transaction fees between Seekers and Guides. We will provide notice and updated terms before any charges apply, and you will always have the option to decline paid features.

5. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you post on Peerlo. By submitting content, you grant Peerlo a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display, and distribute that content as part of operating the platform. The Peerlo name, logo, and product design remain the property of Peerlo.

6. Prohibited conduct

• Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your experience.
• Posting spam, scams, or unlawful content.
• Scraping, reverse engineering, or interfering with the platform.
• Using Peerlo to send unsolicited commercial messages.

7. Limitation of liability

Peerlo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peerlo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or from interactions with other members.

8. Account suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, harm other members, or put the platform at risk. You may also close your account at any time from your settings.

9. Privacy

Your use of Peerlo is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use information.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Peerlo after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
