AI validated GPS locations and coordinates for a taxi

I am trying to automate my commercial vehicle's GPS data coordinates that I recieve via a software. When I have to compare what my drivers claim to have travelled vs what the GPS says, I have to currenlty manually crosscheck the coordinates by entring it manually on Google maps to recreate the route. I want to auomate that process wherein wherever the GPS coordinates are recieved live, a background agent can crossverify and store the number of kms that the vehicle has run and number of stops it has taken. In addition aftetr the trip kms have been validated, i have to digitize the accounts payable where the cab driver's bill is passed through various users for approvals, eventually leading to a final approved output
